Seger & Springsteen - Old Time Rock & Roll at its Best
Dec. 1st 2011, New York, NY – Madison Square Garden
Comments: It was a very rewarding night for the Bob
Seger faithful at Madison Square Garden. Not only did they get
to see the iconic rocker, they also received a very special Christmas
present from Bob Seger. The present was an appearance by "The
Boss, Mr. Bruce Springsteen", who joined Bob and the band
for a spirited rendition of "Old Time Rock and Roll".
See the YouTube
video here . It was a historic moment for the fans and they
showed their pleasure and appreciation. For the rest of the set,
Bob kept it pretty much in line with his other shows. He brings
back "Real Mean Bottle" after a brief hiatus and drops
"Long Twin Silver Line". The band now heads over to
Philadelphia, PA for a concert on December 3rd at the Wells Fargo
Center.
